Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Alabama is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles on a part-time basis, with a clear path to full-time as caseloads grow.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, applying ABA strategies and supporting individualized plans. The organization offers mentoring, RBT training, and advancement opportunities, plus a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
