Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC in Montgomery, AL is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You’ll help clients build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a supervising BCBA.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoons/evenings, opportunities for growth, and ongoing supervision. Candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided) in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
