Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Alabama. Part-time roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with 1:1 ABA sessions for children with autism under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
