Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a senior clinical operations manager to oversee daily therapy center operations, program planning, and policy implementation for ASD services. You will supervise therapists and support staff, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure quality and compliance across sites.

Travel up to 10% to coordinate interdisciplinary teams and provide coaching to families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in OT, PT, or SLP with active CA licensure/certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with infants/young children with disabilities; 2+ years supervisory.
• Knowledge of ASD interventions, evidence-based practices, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of therapy centers and coordinate services.
• Supervise therapists and administrative staff; provide training and development.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans; ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; coach families to apply new skills.
• Ensure safety, documentation accuracy, and quality assurance; travel as needed.
