Job summary

Easter Seals Southern California, Inc. seeks a qualified clinical supervisor to manage therapy centers and coordinate services for children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You will provide discipline-specific treatment, supervise therapists, and guide program development across teams.

Role requires a Master’s in OT/PT/SLP, CA licensure, CPR, and 3 years of relevant experience with autism, plus 2 years supervisory leadership; local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in OT/PT/SLP required.
• Current state or national licensure in California.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 3 years’ experience with infant/young children with disabilities, including autism.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides discipline-specific treatment for children with ASD or other diagnosis, including evaluation, planning, and documentation.
• Develops and maintains Individualized Treatment Plans and coaches families to apply new skills at home.
• Provides clinical supervision and direction to therapists and administrative staff.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and quality assurance across program services.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and supports staff training and development.
