Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide discipline-specific ABA treatment for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and ASD. You will oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines.

The role involves developing training materials, coordinating staff development, and partnering with families, clinicians, and regional centers. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of professional ASD experience in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based supervision and treatment for children with ASD.
• Oversee ABA programs, assess progress, and ensure best-practice guidelines.
• Lead staff trainings, develop materials, and conduct QA reviews.
• Assist with recruitment/selection of program associates in collaboration with HR.
• Attend conferences and travel up to 50% locally to support families.
