Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. seeks a senior leader to manage behavioral health services for the autism organization within the designated region.

You will supervise clinical staff, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and drive staffing, budget adherence, and service delivery across the region. The role requires 5+ years in autism services with multi-disciplinary team leadership, a Master’s degree, and BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Associate Regional Clinical Directors and Clinical Supervisors.
• Manage performance and productivity of clinical staff and ensure regional goals and budgets are met.
• Ensure documentation, case assignments, and audits are completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and staff development; balance caseloads with scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to guidelines, policies, and funding source requirements across the region.
• Travel locally up to 30% and collaborate with the Regional VP to align clinical and operational strategy.
