Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. seeks a qualified professional to manage daily therapy center operations and oversee multidisciplinary teams. You will provide discipline-specific treatment for children and adults with ASD, guide staff training, and ensure program compliance across locations.

The role requires advanced licensure, CPR certification, and several years of supervisory experience in autism-related therapies, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in OT/PT/SLP required and state licensure/certification as applicable.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 3 years’ experience with infants/young children with disabilities, including autism.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of therapy center(s) and coordinates services.
• Provides discipline-specific treatment planning and documentation for ASD cases.
• Supervises therapists and administrative staff with training and development.
• Interacts with interdisciplinary teams and coaches families on skill transfer.
• Ensures compliance with program guidelines and maintains quality assurance.
• Travel locally as needed; maintain compliance with safety and confidentiality.
