Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage behavioral health services for the autism organization across a designated region. You will ensure clinical operations, staffing, and quality meet guidelines, contracts, and regulations.

You will supervise ARCDs and Clinical Supervisors, drive performance, and coordinate with HR and RVP to sustain high-quality, compliant services and efficient budgets across the region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education/development or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• 5+ years working with children with autism in a multi-disciplinary setting.
• 3+ years of managerial experience overseeing clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and related methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to ARCDs and Clinical Supervisors.
• Oversee performance and productivity of clinical staff.
• Ensure regional clinical quality and consistency of goals.
• Manage documentation, case assignments and reports.
• Coordinate with scheduling to balance caseloads.
• Lead staff meetings and developmental training.
• Ensure funding source compliance and audits.
