Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health seeks compassionate Autism Technicians to support children and adolescents in Raleigh, NC. Part-time positions offer 12pm–4pm shifts (20 hours/week) with opportunities for growth and supervision by BCBA.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, data collection, and communicating progress to families. Requires HS diploma and valid driver’s license; EHR proficiency is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and nonprofit benefits apply.

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Autism Technicians to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.

Position details: Part-time, M-F shifts times from 12pm to 4pm (20hrs.)

Location: Raleigh, NC

Compensation: $18.00/hour to $20.00/hour based on your experience

What You’ll Do

Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the children/adolescents you will be helping. Behavior technicians work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. They will help clients with day-to-day activities, social interactions, record and collect data on clients’ progress, and communicate with client’s families.
