Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking Autism Technicians to join our Raleigh team. This part-time role supports children and adolescents, working with BCBA to implement behavior plans, assist with daily activities, collect data, and communicate with families.

We offer on-the-job training, a 12:00-16:00 shifts, hourly pay of $18-$20 based on experience, weekly supervision by BCBA, RBT certification training, and growth opportunities within Port Health.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, on-the-job training provided.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid and active driver's license.
• Good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or willingness to learn.

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Autism Technicians to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.

Position details: Part-time, M-F shifts times from 12pm to 4pm (20hrs.)
Location: Raleigh, NC
Compensation: $18.00/hour to $20.00/hour based on your experience

What You’ll Do

Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the children/adolescents you will be helping. Behavior technicians work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. They will help clients with day-to-day activities, social interactions, record and collect data on clients’ progress, and communicate with client’s families.
