Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, supportive team environment, and a pay range of $17–$20 per hour. You must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion for helping children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team and collaborate with BCBA guidance.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pass background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
