Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with students, implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test (if not done in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
