Job summary

ABA Pathways LLC is seeking compassionate individuals to become Behavior Technicians, helping children with autism build essential life skills. Training is provided, and you’ll work across clinic, home, and community settings to support families.

You’ll use positive reinforcement and play-based teaching, collecting data and collaborating with your BCBA supervisor to tailor interventions. This role offers growth and meaningful impact every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass a background check and TB test.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in play and movement.
• Evening and Saturday availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with children and teens with autism to build essential life skills.
• Utilize positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to help children learn.
• Collect and track progress data with accuracy.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to support each child’s goals.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and teammates.
• Complete session notes and administrative tasks on time.
• Provide transportation for clients to approved locations.
