ABA Pathways LLC is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to work with children and young teens on the autism spectrum. You will implement individualized plans, use play-based teaching, and collect data to track progress in clinic, home, or community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Comfort with technology and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and teens with autism to build life skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to teach new skills.
• Collect and track progress data with accuracy.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to support each child’s goals.
• Document session notes and other administrative tasks on time.
