Job summary

Spring Branch ISD is looking for a Special Education Teacher Assistant – Autism (CUBS) to support students in the Autism program. The successful candidate will assist in instructional activities, maintain student records, and ensure effective communication between home and school.

This role requires a minimum of 48 college hours or a high school diploma, along with an Educational Aide Certification. Knowledge regarding Autism and ability to assist with self-help skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 48 college hours or high school diploma/equivalent plus passing a District Assessment.
• Educational Aide Certification required.
• Knowledge regarding Autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students and teachers in the Autism program.
• Participate in planned in-service and professional growth activities.
• Maintain communication between home and school.
