Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. Roles are part-time with afternoon or evening hours, offering paid training and no prior experience required.

You'll join a supportive clinical team, implement care plans, and accurately record session data while helping children with autism reach their goals and improve independence.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable method of transportation.
  • Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
  • Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill building and care plans.
  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
  • Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 1:00pm-5:00pm

Pay: $17-25/hr based on experience

Need to Knows:

  • Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
  • All positions start off part-time.
  • Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
  • Minimum 6 month commitment required
