Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is seeking compassionate individuals to join our clinical team as part-time ABA technicians. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implement skill-building plans, and record session data.

Paid training is offered, no prior experience required, and there are flexible afternoon or evening hours ideal for students. Ideal for those pursuing education or related fields, with opportunities to grow within a supportive ABA-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
