Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking individuals to provide ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This part-time role offers evening hours (Mon-Fri, 5:00pm-8:00pm) with paid training and flexible scheduling, making it ideal for students or those seeking a transition into psychology or ABA fields.

No prior experience is required, and the position provides valuable hands-on experience, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
