Job summary

Heartland ABA in Osborne, KS is hiring for entry-level ABA roles. Positions are part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours and no prior experience required. You will receive paid training and work closely with families to implement evidence-based ABA interventions.

Provide one-on-one services, record session data, and collaborate with our clinical team; a strong background in education can be a fit. Must complete the 40-hour RBT training before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
