Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring for part-time ABA technician roles in Kansas. Positions involve delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, executing care plans, and recording data with electronic devices. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Flexible afternoon/evening hours support students and professionals in education or related fields seeking meaningful impact and hands-on experience in autism services.

Qualifications

• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 1:00pm-5:00pm

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
