Job summary

Heartland ABA in Inman, KS is seeking part-time evening ABA therapy roles. You will provide one-on-one services in clients’ homes or community locations with evidence‑based interventions; no prior experience required, full training offered.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 5:00pm-8:00pm; pay ranges from $17-25/hr based on experience. This is a great entry point into psychology and education, with opportunities for growth. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• All positions start off part‑time.
• Required to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
