Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring part-time ABA technicians to support children with autism in Kansas. Roles involve one-on-one services, data collection, and collaboration with families, with a focus on independence and positive behavior support.

No prior experience is required, and full training is provided. Schedules offer 20 hours per week with pay ranging from $17 to $25 per hour, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable method of transportation.
  • Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.
  • Minimum 6 month commitment required

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.

Schedule: Open availability, part-time, 20hours/week

  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
  • Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reliable method of transportation.

Need to Knows:
  • Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
  • All positions start off part-time.
  • Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
  • Minimum 6 month commitment required
