Job summary

Central Bucks School District is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for Warwick Elementary for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time position includes benefits and a 10-month schedule, 8:35 AM to 4:05 PM, supporting a student with autism and related needs in a one-to-one setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily academic and social activities, following the student’s IEP, and collaborating with classroom staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required at time of hire.
• Must work as a team member and communicate effectively with students and adults.
• Be a positive role model for students and exercise good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to a student in the classroom, specials, lunch and recess.
• Assist with daily academic and social activities.
• Follow the student’s IEP and crisis prevention strategies as needed.
• Assist with grooming and personal care needs when required per IEP directives.
