ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-8 learners near Henderson, MN. You will deliver direct and consultative therapy across two school sites, focusing on autism and special education needs.

Start as soon as possible through June 6, 2025 with a school-year schedule and no summer hours. The role offers flexible hours (30-32/week) with options for Mon-Thu or Mon-Fri, a supportive team, and potential for contract renewal for the next school year.

Qualifications

• State licensure as an SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA (required).
• Experience or passion for working with children on the autism spectrum and diverse learning profiles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Previous work in school settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-8th grade students across two school sites.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress assessments.
• Provide support, guidance, and resources to students, families, and educational staff.
• Maintain detailed and timely student records and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and IEP conferences.
