Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early learners as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This position offers you the chance to make a significant impact within an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) environment, working 0.8 FTE (32 hours) across four days each week. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through the end of the 2026-2027 school year, fostering consistency and meaningful growth for your students.

Your expertise will be invaluable as you provide critical speech and language interventions for children with a variety of communication needs, including those with multiple disabilities. Collaboration, creativity, and compassion will serve you well while working closely with teachers, fellow specialists, and families.

What you bring to this role:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Minnesota and professional certification (CCC)
• Prior experience in a school-based SLP position, particularly with early childhood populations
• Familiarity supporting students with complex communication needs or multiple disabilities, preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative problem-solving skills

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy to eligible students
