Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy in a public school setting in Minneapolis, MN. CF supervision is available and compliant with ASHA guidelines.

Candidates with a passion for helping students communicate effectively are encouraged to apply. The role offers W2 employment with local or travel options, 37.5 hours per week, and nationwide opportunities for full- or part-time placements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility in progress.
• CCC is preferred but not required for CF candidates.
• Educator/Teacher Certification if required by the state.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and track progress over time.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
• Maintain required documentation following state policies.
• Apply current best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.

Position Overview

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy services in a public school special education setting. We welcome candidates passionate about helping students succeed through speech and language support services. CF supervision is available and fully compliant with ASHA and state guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, voice)

• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Write measurable goals and objectives and track progress

• Support students using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and strategies

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff

• Maintain required documentation and adhere to school and state policies

• Apply current best practices in speech-language pathology for pediatric populations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility in progress)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required for CF candidates

• Educator/Teacher Certification if required by the state

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
