Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-8 students across two Henderson, MN area schools. The role offers a flexible, teacher-collaborative environment with supervision and growth opportunities. Scheduling is 30–32 hours per week across four days, with a contract through June 6, 2025 and potential renewal.

Applicants may hold CCCs, CF, or be an aspiring SLPA. MN licensure or eligibility is required, and experience with school-based caseloads is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or eligible for SLPAs.
• Active MN licensure or eligibility for MN licensure.
• Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-8.
• Serve two school sites; collaborate with site teams.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals for students.
• Document student progress and ensure compliance with state/district requirements.
• Consult with teachers, staff and families to support student success.
• Flexibly work 30-32 hours per week, spread over four days.

Your responsibilities will include:
