Job summary

Easterseals Southern California delivers autism services and supports in home and community settings. This role provides specialized behavior intervention, parent education, and program supervision under BCBA guidance.

You will write progress reports, develop programs, and monitor child development across natural settings. The position emphasizes collaboration with BCBA and Behavior Interventionists, ensuring accurate data, and regular progress updates for families.

Qualifications

• 1 year of ABA experience with children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and active CPR certification.
• Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis or BCBA track in progress or completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized ABA intervention services in home/community settings.
• Educate and train caregivers; provide parent education.
• Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and exit summaries.
• Maintain program documentation and data accuracy; generate reports.
