Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a BCBA-certified supervisor to provide quality clinical supervision for children with ASD and developmental delays. You will oversee ABA programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with families, therapists, and community partners to ensure high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, master’s degree in ABA, and current BCBA and CPR certifications, with travel up to 50% locally.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is mandatory and must be maintained.
• CPR certification must be current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA programs for caseload with high quality implementation.
• Provide discipline-specific supervision and guidance to direct reports.
• Coordinate parent education and liaison with families and providers.
• conduct evaluations, case-management reviews, and QA audits as assigned
• Meet productivity targets outlined in annual budget
• Lead staff meetings and deliver specialized training
• Support recruitment and onboarding of program associates and managers
