Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a qualified professional to oversee behavior intervention services for individuals with ASD. Under supervision by a BCBA, you will supervise staff, manage records, and ensure data fidelity while guiding intervention planning and family education.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of ASD experience, with CPR and vaccination/tuberculosis clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (early childhood/psychology).
• Two years of professional ASD experience required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass post-offer physical and TB test.
• Proof of vaccinations or positive titer needed; criminal background clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Interventionists and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain program records and conduct fidelity checks.
• Lead monthly progress updates for each family served.
• Develop and deliver intervention activities per treatment plans.
• Communicate with families and case supervisors regarding progress.
