Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a BCBA- or supervisor-level clinician to lead intervention teams and oversee program execution for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. You will supervise Behavior Interventionists, manage records, and drive progress updates under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing progress reports, developing programs, and delivering parent education per treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, or psychology.
• Must have and maintain CPR certification.
• Two years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ABA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Behavior Interventionists to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Manages and maintains program records and progress updates for each family.
• Plans and leads monthly progress updates with the program team.
• Provides and coordinates ongoing competency-based staff training.
• Keeps current with research in autism, ABA, and related fields.
