Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a program supervisor to provide specialized behavior intervention services for individuals with ASD. Under supervision by a BCBA, you will manage program operations, supervise staff, conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized programs for clients.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, CPR certification, and 2+ years of ASD experience. Occasional local travel up to 30% is required as part of field activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, or psychology.
• Must have and maintain current CPR certification card.
• 2 years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Supervises Behavior Interventionists to ensure data accuracy and manages program records.
• Assists in creating and delivering intervention activities and provides parent education.
• Compiles evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports and exit summaries.
• Provides staff training and participates in meetings, trainings and planning.
• Keeps current with developments in autism, ABA, and related fields.
• Maintains professional communication with participants and families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
