Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field sales, outreach, or business development experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, pursue, and grow relationships with prospective referral sources.
• Salesforce & Pipeline Management: Log outreach and maintain visibility of referrals and lead aging.
• Territory Development: Execute outreach aligned with territory goals and market priorities.
• Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and lead field events and outreach opportunities to support lead generation.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions; submit regular outreach reports.
