Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a high‑performing Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and build relationships with families, healthcare providers, and schools in the Conyers‑Covington, GA area. You will manage a robust referral pipeline, log activities in Salesforce, and collaborate with admissions and operations to maximize conversions.

The role emphasizes field outreach, events, and strategic territory development to reduce waiting times for autism diagnosis and ABA

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance expectations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and grow relationships with prospective referral sources.
• Log all outreach, visit notes, referrals, and contacts in Salesforce daily.
• Execute outreach strategies to meet territory goals and market expansion.
• Plan and lead field events, education sessions, and outreach opportunities.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions for aligned messaging and handoffs.
