Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing individualized plans and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and team-oriented. Training is provided; you will gain experience working with children, including safe lifting up to 50 pounds, and you may pursue Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
