Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA guidance, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as you help children reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Requires patience, compassion, and teamwork.
• 21+ years old with high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required after onboarding.
• Background check must be passable.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children following BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment.
