Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in the United States to support children with autism through one-on-one interventions under a BCBA's guidance. You will implement individualized plans and use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes patience, compassion, and teamwork. Training is provided, and employees are empowered to help each child reach their potential while meeting safety and weight-bearing

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy in working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow guidance from BCBA.
• High school diploma or GED is required; certification pursued after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Maintain safety and provide comprehensive supervision and support during sessions.
