Job summary

Centria Autism in The Colony, TX is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while reducing interfering behaviors.

The role offers training and growth within a supportive team. Physical activity is involved, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and CPR/First Aid may be required before onboarding.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; High school diploma or GED.
• CPR, First Aid certification and TB test may be required.
• Background check must be passed.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
