Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

The role requires patience, compassion, and team collaboration. Training is provided, and there is a physically active component involving movement and lifting

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy to support children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team.
• Willingness to learn and follow BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
