Job summary

Centria Autism in Peoria, AZ is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with each child, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and welcome applicants with or without experience. The role requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; a CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification (if applicable) and TB test.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and implement behavior intervention plans.
