The position requires a Master’s degree with BCBA credentials, Indiana licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, and MI licensing/equivalents as applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA credential if providing direct services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide education, training and direction for families, clients, and other professionals in ABA.
• Develop learning goals and functional analyses of behaviors.
• Provide training for families and professionals on ABA, PBS, and communication.
• Deliver direct therapy at center, home, or other environments; supervise staff as needed.
• Collaborate with LOGAN partners (e.g., universities, hospitals) to coordinate services.
• Assist in billing information to accounting and ensure funding approvals from insurers.
