Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. seeks a Family Support Therapist for Early Learning Partnerships in St. Joseph County.

The role partners with Early Learning programs serving children birth to five to provide education, training, and direction in behavior management and communication development. Responsibilities include in-center, home, and community-based therapy, training families and professionals, and collaboration with partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA credential if working in a consultation role as a BCBA
• In Indiana, must be a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker to hold this position
• Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Experience developing and conducting training for various audiences

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments for clients and develop therapy plans for home, school, and community.
• Provide training to parents and staff on behavior plans and therapy goals.
• Monitor therapy plans and modify as needed.
• Provide direct therapy at the center, at home, or other environments.
• Provide consultation and training for schools and provider agencies on behavior supports.
