Job summary

LOGAN Center is seeking a Family Support Therapist to educate and support families, clients, and professionals in ABA, behavior management, and communication development. The role may involve working in Michigan or Indiana with a focus on autism services.

The position emphasizes collaboration with LOGAN Therapy Services, partners, and schools to deliver effective interventions and trainings. A BCBA credential or eligibility is often required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Experience developing and conducting training for various audiences.
• Excellent ability to communicate with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop therapy plans for home, school, and community.
• Provide training to parents and staff on behavior plans and therapy goals.
• Monitor therapy plans and modify as needed.
• Provide direct therapy in center, at home, or other settings.
