Job summary

Sterling Employment Services is seeking a Center Director to lead our autism-focused clinic, supervising BCBA/RBT staff and maintaining a strong caseload. You will drive operations, policy implementation, and quality care across locations.

Key duties include staff supervision, clinical interviews, budget development, and community partnerships. Strong BACB standards knowledge and CEU maintenance are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with BACB standards knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.
• Maintain BACB CEU requirements and recertification promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to RBTs/BCBAs and manage the clinic caseload.
• Oversee clinic operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth running.
• Supervise BCBA/RBT staff and ensure high quality care.
• Attend weekly clinical meetings and in-service trainings.
• Conduct clinical hiring interviews and handle staff issues.
• Develop clinic budgets and promote RBT training across locations.
