Kind Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our Triangle team. You will coach clinicians, oversee daily operations, and uphold the gold standard of ABA practice with emphasis on data-driven decision making and family collaboration.

The ideal candidate is a BCBA with 3+ years supervising BCBAs, strong leadership, and a passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families. This role requires onsite presence and collaborative leadership.

Competenze

• BCBA credential with at least 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience supervising other BCBAs strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Coach and mentor clinicians and supervise daily clinic operations.
• Manage own caseload and ensure high-quality care and outcomes.
• Lead program development and replicate new clinical programming.
• Coordinate with Intake & Scheduling to ensure client access and onboarding.
