Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Clinical Director to lead center-level clinical operations for children ages 2 to 12, focusing on natural play and BCBA-guided interventions. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes quality care and staff development.

You will oversee intake, supervise BCBAs, monitor progress with outcome metrics, and collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure exceptional service for families and learners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification are required.
• Experience directing programs for children with autism.
• Experience supervising BCBAs is required.
• Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum 30 pounds).
• Experience with OBM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate client success for all learners in the location you oversee.
• Provide support and training to BCBAs; mentor through case reviews.
• Develop staff skills by modeling and feedback.
• Oversee intake, tours, initial assessments, and caseload management.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to lead the center.
