Job summary

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 3 years of experience supervising other BCBAs
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of motivating clinicians
• Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and data-driven treatment planning

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and drive high-quality care and outcomes for clients
• Provide clinical supervision and direction to BCBAs and RBTs
• Develop and improve clinical programming in collaboration with senior leaders
• Facilitate parent training and support families
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
