Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health, LLC seeks a Clinic Director in Greensboro to lead clinical teams and oversee daily clinic operations. You will coach clinicians, supervise BCBAs and RBTs, and drive high quality outcomes for children with autism and their families.

The role emphasizes data-driven practice, staff development, and collaboration with senior leadership to expand services across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential and at least 3 years of experience as a BCBA
• Experience supervising other BCBAs strongly preferred
• Strong clinical leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload to drive high quality care and outcomes
• Conduct behavior assessments and implement ABA-based programs
• Provide clinical supervision and direction to BCBAs and RBTs
• Develop and improve clinical programming with senior leaders
• Lead parent training and family support
• Oversee clinic operations and onboarding of new clients and clinicians
• Support hiring, training, and professional development of staff
• Ensure supervision quality and ongoing professional development
