Job summary

Adapt For Life in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our ABA Therapy and Autism Center. The role focuses on clinical leadership, staff development, and ensuring high-quality learner outcomes in a clinic setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's in ABA or related field, BCBA, and 3+ years of BCBA leadership experience, with strong coaching, data analysis, and ethics knowledge. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst where required.
• At least 3 years of BCBA experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment design and data analysis.
• Knowledge of ethics, payer requirements, and ABA best practices.
• Ongoing CEUs in supervision, ethics, OBM, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality and ABA service delivery within the clinic.
• Mentor and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and other staff.
• Ensure individualized, ethical, and effective treatment plans.
• Monitor outcomes, documentation quality, and compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Foster strong relationships with families and train caregivers.
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care.
• Partner with Operations to support clinic performance and hours.
• Cultivate a positive, accountable clinic culture.
